We ship to the continental US only. Sorry, no international orders.

Our FLAT RATE ground Shipping charge is $25.00. Once the order has been processed your item should arrive between 3-5 days.

Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES: We offer a 24 hour return of any item purchased with full refund minus any shipping cost or fees.You must call the store 203 775-6377 to notify us that you will be returning your item.The item will be refunded when we recieve the guitar and make sure it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.It is our hope to earn your business and starts with your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

IN STORE PURCHASES:  If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 3 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. A store credit is available for returns (in its original condition) within 7 days of purchase. Due to legal and health restrictions, computer software, books, videos, CD’s, earphones, earplugs, mouthpieces and microphones are exempt from this policy. Special orders, layaways and consignments are non cancelable and non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt.

SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE A 25% NON REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT.
